The Kansas Academy of Family Physicians is a professional membership society for family physicians/residents/med students in the state of Kansas Each year we have an Annual Meeting and provide education, workshops, and networking events for our attendees. We would like to RE-BRAND the Annual Meeting with ONE CONSISTENT ANNUAL MEETING LOGO to use each year. We brainstormed and came up with Fam Med Forward as our Annual Meeting branding. Now we need a logo to go with it. This logo will be used each year to promote Annual Meeting and will be a visual on our website www.kafponline.org, social media, video, and all meeting materials.

I have uploaded our company logo to possibly incorporate with the new FAM MED FORWARD brand. PLEASE DO NOT RE-DESIGN THE ATTACHED KAFP COMPANY LOGO. Our company logo is for you to use along with with the brand FAM MED FORWARD or to use elements of the KAFP company logo attached, if you wish. The main design focus is the new brand name: FAM MED FORWARD
