Graphic Designer - Redesign promotional banners

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to help me redesign our outdated promotional banners.

Project Requirements:
- The current design of the promotional banners is outdated and needs a fresh new look.
- The main message or theme to convey in the new design is product promotion.
- The preferred color scheme for the new design is Green Black and White.

Purpose of designs: Our wholesale partners (tattoo artists & tattoo shop owners) frequently request banners and or signage for tattoo conventions or their shops to "rep" our brand (Painless Tattoo Numbing Cream).

Description: 2 design variations for 3 different aspect ratios - Horizontal design, like 2'H x 5'W; 3:4 aspect ratio, like 2' H x 3' W. Extra credit for a vertical design as well (say 4:3).

I'd like to marry both the design of our new packaging(attached) + the website vibe. Most necessary assets are attached.

-Include QR code.
-Include a blank space on either for me to EASILY ADD the tattoo shop or artist name in which the banner or sign would be going to. The sign is obviously highlighting the brand, but the artist & shop of whom requested it as well.
