Hi Daniel, At the moment, Google Forms have limited features in terms of customizing. Like it's the theme, if we set the theme to your brand color "red", Google Forms automatically create a lighter version of it as a background, this is why some of the backgrounds became pink. To avoid this, I used the black color from your Wordpress website. I also used the font style. Futhermore, I grouped and organized the questions into three sections, and improved its presentation.
