I need to find a cold drawn bar manufacturer. Cold drawn bar is a steel bar made of QR235 steel (standard steel) but it is very precise in roundness and diameter and is used in production of shafts for conveyor rollers that need not to be machined.

Also we need to find a supplier of high precision pipes for conveyor roller manufacturing. Steel QR235

cold drawn bar diameter 25mm -40ton
cold drawn bar diameter 30mm -40ton
cold drawn bar diameter 35mm -60ton
cold drawn bar diameter 40mm -40ton

pipe diameter 89 wall thickness 2,5mm - 20ton
pipe diameter 108 wall thickness 3mm - 40ton
pipe diameter 127 wall thickness 3mm - 60ton
pipe diameter 159 wall thickness 4mm - 60ton
pipe diameter 194 wall thickness 5mm - 20ton

Precision on shafts outer diameter should be 0,00 -0,02 (it must be suitable for bearings)

Actually now we buy this cold drawn bar 700 USD/ton form the reseller located in Cangzhou - but if we would like to cut costs 10-15%

If you manage to find COLD DRAWN BAR at a price 590 USD per ton I can pay you another 1000USD if we manage to sign a contract and get the goods shipped to Russia.

If you manage to find PRECISION PIPE at a price 420 USD per ton I can pay you another 1000USD if we manage to sign a contract and get the goods shipped to Russia.
