Konkurrence Instruktioner

I'm seeking a SketchUp 2D design plan for a fitness gym within the given space. The gym must accommodate two change rooms (for men and women), a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, and a storage/utility room on the main floor. The design should consider the presence of a tenant at the back of the building, limiting the gym area to the front section, including existing rooms like electrical areas. Additionally, the mezzanine will serve as an open space for activities such as aerobics and yoga. It will extend partially over the main floor to maximize space utilization. I am just looking for the space (rooms and layout) design, not gym equipment placement.

Attached is the existing space (in SketchUp format) and further design details.

Submission Guidelines:
1. Download the attached CurrentFloorPlan.skp and FullDetails.txt file
2. Read the FullDetails document and reference the CurrentFloorPlan document
3. Update CurrentFloorPlan file with your 2D design following the stated requirements
4. Submit the final SketchUp file as your entry

Evaluation Criteria
- practical design to maximize gym space
- adherence to stated requirements
- delivery in clear format with measurements and labels
