Resource Roster - Sunny Side Up
This report was designed in excel for automatic rostering and resource analytics. How does it work? 1. In the first section of the report: Enter the date you want to start. The roster will auto populate dates for your plan 2. Select one of the resources from your resource pool in the drop down list, for example Project Manager 3. Enter the Deliverable, the Resource, the Resource hourly rate, the Effort estimate and the Hours required per resource per week *the resource pool can be edited to hold many types of resources; any your organization requests Additional Information: The second section of the report provides analytics; for example graphs on Hours or Cost by resource
