ADDED: Do note use paid ready-made modules. Free ones may be okay.

We need a backend developer who is capable and experienced in creating dynamic content based on the frontend page template that we created previously and will be fully managed with the admin panel. Content must be fully customizable (size, color, position, and other style attributes). Content can be (text, images in circles, or videos) that can be added and styled. it can be referred to as a CMS or template builder.

For more details see attachment "welcome_page.png”, if you look carefully “welcome_page.png” its a complex design but the frontend part is mostly done in a common way. I want dynamic content in each section with fully customizable and responsive content, able to add elements/blocks with our own style eg circle image with shadow and position can be defined (left, top, right , lower).

We give a simple idea of how it should be created (see attachment: Example - add_edit content.png), it can be simpler or more complicated than that, please also check “attachment_3.gif”.

This contest is not about designing a website, we have already designed that page and we want to make certain pages dynamically added like drag/drop block elements on the canvas.
