Do some 3D Modelling - different building layouts

Our local government is planning on making a giant building (see attached mockups). We would like to have 3D modelling that shows how this fits in with the other buildings in the area, and specifically along the streets leading to the building.

Here is what I am after:
3 models
- 1st one of the mockup in the picture
- 2nd one inspired from the mockup but where there is a square infront of the historic building (see notes on picture). The square can have green area and small 1 store buildings with cafes and the like
- 3rd one where the entire project is half as tall and includes the square

For information the lowest building in the mockup is 6 stories high. The tallest tower is 100, the 2nd 70m and the lowest is 50m

Views needed:
I need a 3D model so that I can zoom around and see it from different angles.
You can find the address on google maps: Bernstorffsgade 40, 1577 Copenhagen.

One picture of the model is all that is needed to submit for this contest, and the winner will then make the rest.

I would also be very intersted, if someone could do this in Sketch up? So that it can be viewed together with the other buildings on google Earth? Does anybody have the expertise for this?

Hi, my understanding is that you want to see how the new proposal will impact the surrounding area. If I am correct and, you want a model that you can navigate around, then you will need the whole area modeled (prepossessed and existing buildings). This could be time consuming, depending on what level of detail you require?

  The level of detail is not so important. What matters is that you can be on the street level and see how enormous the building is from the street level.

We want to show how massive it will be from street level, and down the streets. I have no problem if you use google map pictures for the existing buildings and then superimpose the new models

the point is that the developer has a model to show, but he doesnt show how it will look from street level

Your local government needs to up it's budget, or you need to lower your cut.
