I have a website and a logo and wish to develop my corporate identity further.

Autumn Properties is a residential property management agency in Canberra Australia. We specialise in high quality property management services. We are friendly and fun and provide a high level of service for our clients.

Using the Autumn theme and my existing logo I need a range of office stationary designed, a promotional flyer and be ready for printing. The minimum products required are;
* Business card
* Presentation folder (possibly two styles one for owners one for tenants)
* Letter template
* Promotional flyer
* Coffee-cup design

I want the design to be modern, elegant, not cluttered and possibly minimalistic.

Please note I am currently having my website redesigned and it will look different than it does now. I do not like too many stock photos of people or houses and prefer the Autumn leaves theme (although do not feel limited by this).
