We provide a travel visa service for customers and as a result we have to mail / courier the customers passport back to them. As this is the last touch point we have with the customer rather than sliding it into an envelope and adding a thank you letter i would like something designed that would not only hold the passport in place while being transported but also have a thank you message as well included in it. It needs to be on an A5 size and we are happy to have it professionally printed on thicker paper so that it transports well.

  Ok, i couldn't finish the design, because i saw the contest very late (my bad).
  So, i only submit the packaging idea. It aims to be simple assembly, with less post-production work:
  
  Print → Troquel → Fold.
  
  Still, I will finish the design. The main idea is to maintain the visual identity that you work on your website, and use some graphic resources you alredy have (like the flagged chekpoints). However, without the originals, I will take more time to replicate it.
  
  Anyway, hope you like it. Otherwise, I hope you find the design you want.
