Konkurrence Instruktioner

I am looking for a custom animated wallpaper background for Wallpaper Engine on Steam. The animation MUST be able to loop seamlessly. The image I have provided is to be used as the background, the videos I have provided are an example of the effects I am looking for, the effects are to be used as an overlay on top the the background. I am looking for a minimalist style, calm vibes. Add a smoky effect and make the characters clothes and bandana move like in the wind, also add some flower petals and god rays if you can. That's just what I have in mind, but I would like to see whatever creative idea blows my mind!
***Bonus points will be be given to removing the watermark at the bottom right***
NOTE: This MUST be compatible with the app "Wallpaper Engine" which is available on Steam. I have attached all the supported file types for your convenience as well.
