Logo text: "Soulash"

The game is in a fantasy setting where the player takes the role of a forgotten god who returned to the world to destroy it. He consumes mortal souls of defeated foes to regain his power. The logo should include text & effects, it has to fit the attached main menu background and be on par with other games in the genre (some links at the end). It needs to be unique and intrigue the viewer with the effect which should be tied to what this game is about, it may be something related to soul or gods (no connection to modern religions) or world destruction. I think the background in the header on itch.io perfectly shows what the game is about and the logo needs to fit that (especially in terms of color choice), but also work separately to be usable in marketing materials.

The game is in ASCII, but with modern GUI so it has a bit of a unique feeling. If you would like to get a feel of the game, a free demo is available: https://wizardsofthecode.itch.io/soulash

I'm looking to replace the black text with something more professional and interesting.
