Looking for a webdesign to come up with following

1. Original Logo for my company ( Not a re-used one ). Fun, Energetic logo. ( Not a boring enterprise logo)
2. Original Color theme for the company ( Not from a theme. Not re-use standard white and blue colors)
3. Original Art work/Images to use in the website ( Not from a library. All the art should be original )
4. Design the website ( Come up with proper fornts, themee, buttons etc to use )

Deliverables are

PNG/JPG files, HTML, CSS files

hello, I am willing to share a UI Design(jpeg) now, and HTML CSS later, does that work? Also, does bootstrap usage work? or it has to be from scratch?
