**Contest Title:**
The Athenian Innovation: A Modern Office Renovation Challenge

**Contest Description:**
Welcome to our office renovation contest set in the heart of Athens! We invite talented architects and designers to reimagine a 150m2 office space, blending functionality with the elegance of modern minimalism.

Your canvas is a vibrant workspace poised for transformation, currently laid out in a traditional format. Two files accompany this contest: 'As Is', depicting the current state of the office, and 'Idea', which outlines our requirements and vision.

Key requirements:
- The areas marked in yellow on the attached plans are static, open only to suggestions for furniture enhancements.
- The design must accommodate 8-10 working desks, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- A compact, fully-equipped kitchen should serve as a communal hub for casual interactions and creative breaks.
- A soundproof phone-booth is essential for private calls and video conferences, ensuring confidentiality and minimal disruption to the open workspace.

We are searching for a design that not only meets practical needs but also captures the spirit of Athens - a city where ancient history meets modern dynamism. Surprise us with your creativity, functionality, and efficiency!

**Submission Guidelines:**
- Present a detailed floor plan, indicating the layout of the working desks, kitchen, and phone-booth.
Furniture designs and dimensions .
