I need an advertisement leaflet for a our new Real-estates web application. Through the advert, the viewers must be able to understand the capabilities of the application. You can see a demo of the app at http://proadco.eu/proREA

Dimensions:
The leaflet should be 100mm wide x 205mm height, with contents on both sides.

Notes:
- The leaflet should reflect the functionality of the site. Have in mind that this site is intended for Real-estate companies that sell or rent houses, apartments, buildings, land etc.
- The main characteristics of the site are:
--Fully Responsive (looks great on every popular device)
--Retina Ready (Sharp edges on your Apple devices)
--Full CMS capabilities
--Multilingual

- We must also tell them through the leaflet that we don't only sell them a web-app, but we can also provide:
--Domain Registration
--Domain Hosting
--Website hosting
--Email service
--Maintenance for their site

- Optionally, we can setup their site at an extra cost, which means that if the client wants to give us all the information about the houses and properties that must be uploaded on to the system, we can do it at an extra cost which will be discussed with the client.

- Special Offer for new clients:
--Package price: €2000 - one off
--Domain hosting: €60/year
--Website hosting: €300/year - for 1G of storage + 1-MySQL database
--Email hosting: 4 emails Free (Additional email accounts €10/month)
--Annual maintenance: €260/year
