Looking for a mockup design for homepage of a website that is all about helping consumers or businesses locate a computer repair provider near them or by task they need completed. A few of my business friends are going to put our businesses on this site and have categories people can click on to locate help for tasks like:

-Virus Removal
-Data Recovery
-Email/Outlook Assistance
-Server Support
-Local Computer Repair by State

I want the design to be modern looking and clean with a professional look to it in the sense that the businesses on this site are "quality" services like the Audi or BMW of cars.

On the side of the page I will want to have a "Partner" section where I can post ADs for like Carbonite, Dell and etc.

An example of a site I found with similar idea is:

Another example:
https://www.myitfinder.com This site has the idea but my goal is to showcase services on the home page that are available to the visitors.

The title of the site will be "Find a Top Quality Computer Repair Provider "
Menus on the site will be:
-Locate Local Repair Provider
-Our Mission
-Terms of Use
-Advertise/Get Listed
-Request Help Now (this would stand out making people focus on this)

All Designers - This website will be viewed by both "business" and "consumers" design needs to be neutral meaning that it doesn't come off that we only "fix" pcs but provide computer support services (business).
