  This design is good and unique. This middle bit is the weakest element. It takes a bunch of space for these three boxes. If you could flatten it would improve it.

     you mean the blank spaces on both sides? if yet then that the page background not the body area you see I have done it on the base of bootstrap responsive grid and at 1170 of the container sized, please correct me here.

  The readability of these buttons isnt great - there is not much contract.

  Anything to make the phone number stand out would always be good. This is the main reason people hit the site really.

  This contact form looks great but we wouldn't want to cover the map. Like a prominent phone number, a clear map is really important.

     You see the idea here is when you clicks on that red dot or pages scrolles in that are then this popup will open and the phone number is in the header too, but np ill provide you an other option for that too.
