We are a customer call center. We need our website http://www.pushinnovationlive.com/ redesigned. We want the website design similar to Alorica.com and the attached mock up file.

We like how Alorica.com immediately distinguishes between whether the user is a potential partner/ client, or if they are somebody looking for a career. We also like the icons with statistics and summaries underneath them.

We would like an avatar character to be giving a tour of the website to the user. We would like the Home section to be its own page, the 3 Partnership sections to be its own entire page, the 3 career sections to be its own entire page, the Contact us to be its own page, and the Blog to be its own page. We want the Partnership page to start with our client video and to include icons with statistics and summaries. We want the Careers page to start with our "Core values" video. The second part of the Careers page will mention that the employees will have an avatar character they can level up and gain real life rewards by being good at their job. The third part of the Careers page will have a description of the job and links to apply just like the careers page on http://www.pushinnovationlive.com/careers/. The colors for the design should mostly be orange, white, and black similar to http://www.pushinnovationlive.com/ The exact color of the orange from the color wheel is #ff9400.
