Konkurrence Instruktioner

I am looking for someone to design with my logo a non profit Donation thank you template that i can print on a 5x7 paper that will have 3-4 pages. I also need printer setting so it can print as a booklet so someone can open like an actual invitation card, with the front, the inside on both sides and the back of the card. I need this to send thank you cards and I have my content to add on the card and also have my logo that needs to be uploaded on the template. Please set it up so it can print in order. Thanks and let me know if you have questions.

I have added the files that should be on the template. I can also copy and paste the content. The girls picture should be page 1,
Here is a sample of the content attached. We need to tweak it but this is the content that needs to be on the card plus the logo and pictures.
