I need a symmetrical square logo that incorporates the words "Design Clinic" or the abbreviation "DC"

The design should be creative. Preferably in the form of a house with a heart rate line similar to image: http://pixabay.com/p-459225/?no_redirect

Anything else you would like to add feel free as long as the concept is as above (house, heart rate, etc.)

Colour selection should be professional. Design should be minimal and simplistic, yet professional as well.
