Our company is a distributor of CCTV products and we are planning a special offer on a particular Sony CCTV camera. This is the Sony model SSC-FB531.

We are looking for someone to prepare a 1 x page promotional flyer for this. It should feature the following:

- Our company logo and color scheme (some orange).
- A Sony logo somewhere on the page.
- The attached write-up including features and specifications (see pdf doc).
- The subject heading on the page should read: Sony Day/Night Wide Dynamic Camera Special Offer
- The 2 x photos of the product (see attached) - one is the product from the side and the other is from the rear.
- A special offer bubble with: Special Price = R1500excl, Normal Price = R2884excl.

Small print at the bottom of the page should include the following conditions:
- Price excludes delivery.
- Price excludes VAT.
- Prices valid while stock lasts.
- Camera excludes a lens.
- Sony logo belongs to Sony Corporation.

The flyer should be in such as format as to easily allow it to be converted to an html page.

Please come up with some suitable designs.
