Design a 2d cardboard cut out that can be folded into a 3d box

I would like to be able to cut a single piece of cardboard less than 36x24 inches and fold into a 3d box similar to the picture above. I would prefer the length to be 12 inches, but this can be changed if needed to stay in the 36x24 inch stock cardboard.

PLEASE DESIGN a 2d model using two colors
one color for cutting all the way through the cardboard
another color for light cut half way through to help 90 degree folds.

Please recheck pictures, I have added pictures of a model a friend has made. The tape measure is in Inches. Also, it does not need to be a single piece that folds, if it is easier to have tabbed pieces that insert into slots that is fine if it helps save space! THANSK!

it will be opened out of the back. It will be taped closed with packing tape. to connect it would be cool if there were tab that insert. It doesn't need to be one piece. I am adding more pictures

Would you please tell me how do you want the box to be opened and closed ?? And how will it be fixed ?? Glue or clips ??

Do you have some specific dimensions regarding the box? or whatever is close to the picture? Also you want the unfolded box to have joining tabs?

  I'm looking for about 12 inches in length, the height should be proportionate based on picture. yes joining tabs would be great, if the tabs are folded into a hole that would be awesome
