We need to design a banner with the following specifications:
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING WORK

1. Use the attached POP UP BANNER DESIGN TEMPLATE
2. Use the attached LOGO to be placed at the TOP of the Banner Design
3. Change the design colors to the BLACK and YELLOW colors used in the logo
4. Use the attached PHOTO for the background of the design to replace the current placeholder image
5. Add the tagline "Polls and Opinions That Matter"
6. Place the website 'NYCPolitics.com' in the design
7. Place the JIG LOGO at the bottom of the banner
