Konkurrence Instruktioner

The USB thumb drive is not an ordinary storage drive but a security device with some high-security features built in. The goal is to design an appropriate enclosure which reflects the necessary "trust" and "robustness" and at the same time has a unique note.

The size of the device is about 18 x 23 x 6.5mm with an ordinary USB plug at the end. A small size of the enclosure is important which is why the design should not bloat the size too much.

The enclosure will be made out of plastic and should be easy to manufacture. Hence, no super special constructions please.

It contains of:
- Two parts: the main enclosure and the lid for the USB plug
- A hole for a key ring
- A LED

The design must be provided in source files (of whatever application) and exported in IGS file format.
Optional: It would be preferred to get the source files in a format of an open source software.

Is just what I did. In my designs, #6 #7 #8 ,the main body size is 18 x 23 x 6.5mm without the plug. And the cap size is 11.5x18x6.5 including the plug. Thanks

i alredy make the mesurement 18x23x6.5mm for the main body only , not for the body and the usb plug

For clarification: The size 18 x 23 x 6.5mm is of the main body without the USB plug. So the USB lid would be an addon to this size.
