Create four (4) banner advertisements:
These are the sizes needed:
1. 160 x 600
2. 728 x 90
3. 250 x 250
4. 160 x 90
**See the attached file "EEC - Banner Ad Sizes.png for examples of the banner sizes needed. This attachment should NOT be used as part of the design.. it is only a sample of the different banner sizes needed. All other files can be used as part of the design.

The below things are required in all banners:
1. Text: Formilae Web Forms
2. Formilae Logo (logo file attached: Formilae ff-01.png & Formilae ff-02.png)
3. At least one artwork chosen from attached stock images (be creative with it)

Slogans and text should be used but are not required if no room.
Use as many below as you can depending on the size of the banner
1. Include artwork from files provided attached (be creative with it)
2. Text: Easy online form builder
3. Text: formilae.com
4. Text: Easy and quick setup
5. Text: Form embedding
6. Text: Need an alternative for your web forms?

***If there is no room, you can eliminate some of it (i.e. smaller banners)
For smaller banners, if no room, just have the Formilae Logo, as the ads will be purposed for people to get to know the name and logo

The winner will be chosen based on how creative they are and how well they follow the directions above.
