Please create 2 graphs. Use the colors inside # 7F170E, white and black. The other colors please in pastel colors. I would like to be able to write the texts individually. You can be creativ. This is only an example. The client (coachee) should be able to see, how I work

The outer edge contains the main themes of the manager: personality, balance, communication.
