     I think quite a lot, if add imagination. Flower, kiborg helmet or samurai, hairpin, hat, earring in the nose, or earring on the ears, jockey hat, leprechaun, magician, crown, comb, feather, masquerade mask, Zorro mask. Or, for example, a cup of coffee on head, Christmas decorations... Or make a unicorn)) That's at first glance, but I think there are many more options.
