Update:
Let's show some steel glass combo. The steel should be black. The 2nd floor will be 15 feet front the front of the building creating an outside patio.
NOT A LOGO! THIS IS A Building Rendering. Need to present rendering to Architectural board. We bought a building, will be demolishing it and building a new steel and glass building. Building shares walls to both sides with old 1900's buildings. The buildings are one story buildings with 18 foot facades. Our building will be 23 ft high with a gable roof. The rise of the gable roof adds 3 additional feet. Please incorporate the neighbors into the rendering.

The rendering should show a steel and glass building sandwiched between the two old existing buildings. New building is two stories with gable roof with a 6/12 rise.
