I am looking for an affordable but professional picture book illustrator for my series of 20 picture books. They star the character of Mr. Wogglebug. He looks like the example attached. I would like this image of the Wogglebug redesigned first and foremost. And I will decide on who to award this project to based on how I like the new design of Mr. Wogglebug.

The image attached was done by John R. Neil in 1904 and it is public domain. I am looking for an artist who can redesign him for children's picture books of this day and age in the look of a cute character that anyone, child or adult, would easily want to hug. And I require an artist to draw me a sample of his or her new version before I award them the project.
