Concept drawing (sketch) needed
- Alternative designs based on criteria below
- Everything must fit on a 10 acre lot assume (400’ x 1050’) with the outer edge of the lot surrounded by 15’ depth of trees

Custom High end storage facility (measurements are approximate – creativity is welcomed)
1. Large 12,000 square foot club house/Office at entry
2. Multiple storage buildings – located behind the clubhouse entry.
3. Two story storage (first floor 16’ ceiling) (second floor 12’ ceilings)
4. First floor storage space 25’ wide by 35’ long with single door and garage door entry
5. Second Floor 12’ wide by 30’ long with garage door and single door entry
6. Every unit will have its own restroom and wash basin
7. Elevator between floors large enough to move a car.
8. Walk ways around the second floor large enough to move a car
9. Each unit faces opposite direction of the one adjacent to it (objective is to allow 2 unit width of open space in front of each unit)
10. 2nd floor needs to have a covering over the walk way
11. 2nd floor walkway should extend beyond the walls of the 1st floor to provide a covering outside the units of the first floor
12. Needs to be a total of approximately 200 units.
13. Must have parking on the outer edges to accommodate 300 cars
14. Parking near the club house for 200 cars
Theme is Man Caves – expectation is that the facility will be used for parties, workshops, high end vehicle storage, and entertainment. – Clubhouse will include a Bar inside.

Hi, one quick question. is the 25'x35' (FF) + 12'x30 (SF) = 1 Unit, and you need such 200 storage units? Also, if you can get this contest #sealed, I believe you'll get better quality. Thanks.

1 unit is one enclosed space, so the first floor has one unit and the second floor has 1 unit on top of it. you will only need ground space for 100 or less.

Honestly speaking this projects is the main key for your entire business, and one can give the idea can also give you the plan in measurements. Probably the 3D also. So my suggestion is to stay with this contest to get the plan and the concept cause we don't give sketches without measurements. Your budgets is really low for this kind of Project. Anyway, that's up to you. One thing I have to mention is, Please write your business activities in your contest brief, cause there is lots of ideas will come on the basis of the activities not on the requirements. Hope You understand my point. Regards

Hopefully I have it priced right for the job, if you think you are capable of doing the whole project, then I would suggest you offer something good in the competition and if your portfolio shows that you can produce a good final product that that would put you closer to the top for the project as well.

this is just a sketch job, I have another project that will be for the 3D design and possibly building plans, but this is to get inspiration for the layout. If you have an idea that will nicely fit in a 10 acre space, I can buy property to accomodate the ideal layout, however all of the properties will be build in the midst of dense trees for privacy purposes.
