We are a not for profit organization, we want to get our logo re-designed to an unique catchy logo.
Our logo is not visible in our website on top of the page left side. (Please see screenshot of the webpage)

The following elements must in the logo
1. Circle blue background (the color of background is same as in attached file
2. Short name – EIPRHR should be within the logo in centre. (Font color white
3. Full name- European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights should be written fully visible around within the circle or out of the circle. (Font color white or yellow
4. Yellow or white stars not more than 2 0r 3 can be used in appropriate place anywhere as per you think it will add its beauty.
5. Logo should not infringe the IP law and should not be related / resemble with any other organization’s logo/design.
6. The maximum budget is Euro 10, but we will choose the designer who gives the lowest bid.
7. We will prefer bidders who can build the logo immediately

We are also looking for a designer to help us continuously for meeting our daily needs of graphic designs.
Once logo is finalized, we will final the deal.
