Build a fairly basic wordpress website for small glass company

Small glass company located in the San Francisco bay area, specializing in custom residential, and commercial, glass and mirrors. Ideally, we would like a base wordpress site, that can be updated in the future if need be. we have a logo, media (images from past jobs), and other items to add to the site if needed. The domain and hosting are already purchased and they are hosted on godaddy.com. please feel free to ask any questions, as this is difficult to describe initially.

The logo with the red background is preferred, additional funds can be negotiated after project awarding.

It is important the site be easily uploaded into the hosting site, also it is very important minor adjustments be made in the future. These adjustments include uploading/deleting pictures to a gallery and possibly changing information.

Color scheme should follow the red/black/white theme of the uploaded logos, this can be adjusted some if it is clean.

It is okay if submissions are fairly generic as long as they can be customized upon request.
