Job Description: Design a bright, attention grabbing, book cover that will stand out, based on my podcast show.

* Book Title: MULTIFAMILY BY THE SLICE

* Subtitle: Unconventional Tactics on Building Million Dollar Real Estate Portfolios from the World’s Greatest Investors

* BOOK COLOR (s) IDEAS: Orange, red, or green

* Add a “bubble” on the book (see attached picture example) that says “BASED ON THE POPULAR BUSINESS PODCAST”

* See attached examples of book designs that we like for ideas/ inspiration

* The logo for the podcast Multifamily by the slice should be the centerpiece of the book ( image 0DB78025-...0A1CDB40.jpeg)

* I am open to seeing someone create a new rendering of the logo that is more 3D/ realistic with a slice of pizza and buildings coming out to be the center of the pizza. And using that logo to be the centerpiece of the book.
