Need to adapt a PDF map for use in a newsletter. Need to highlight boundaries of the Emergency Services District, City of St. Hedwig, City of China Grove (outside district), major roads: I-10, FM 1604, FM 1518, US 87. Map needs to note that southeastern boundary is Bexar County Line.
