* i will need ongoing, monthly work designing monthly promos: the freelancer I was working with tripled their prices. ongoing our budget is $35-45 per flier but format stays the same

Main IDEA:
Shorenstein Realty is excited to introduce a brand new state of the art fitness center for the exclusive benefit of 1700 Market Street tenant. - so we want to highlight this in creative, powerful way.

I had another freelancer do some work for another client. (attached 2 fliers, try to maintain styles, color schemes.

For this client, the name of the fitness center is 1700 Fitness, located on the 6th floor of 1700 Market Street so please modify the logo accordingly and swap out the 1818 for 1700 on the logo but use the same logo format.

the promo we are using is sign up and pay nothing until May 1st 2019., then $17.00 per month after that + get a free water bottle
