Aluminium frame and injection mould

Hello,
I have two preliminary aluminium casing designs I’d like to combine with either:
1. an injection moulded plastic base (and top for frame 2)
2. or a machined plastic base (and top for frame 2).

We would like to consult with you on our design and then mock up preliminary 3D model with how it will all screw together.

The design does not need to be the finished article, simply functional so we can get a feel for the way it looks and go in search of quotes in the market.

We'd like to see some preliminary drawings using the two aluminium frames attached. However, most importantly, we want to hear your suggestions about manufacturing the whole unit (i.e. plastic and aluminium). Your manufacturing suggestion needs to be a cost-effective solution for production runs 200-1500.

Points to note:
1. This a powerbank.
2. We would like the hole at the front to house a screen. And we'd like the two holes on the sides to house our ports.
a. I think the ports either need to sit flush with the aluminium surface or offset with a bevel between the
aluminium and the plastic port surface. However keen to see your ideas.
3. We'd like the would like the injection mould to attach to the inside of the aluminium so please consider how you would do so.
4. The powerbank needs to be sealed, at least water resistant.

If I like you're preliminary designs there's a potential contract for more work.

      Guidance. There should be a solar panel of 150 x 130 on the top and please try your hardest to hide the screws as best you can. We would the top and bottom plastic injection mould to fill the side holes where we will house our ports. Please see the attached port layout and pictures for guidance. The injection mould that fills the front hole will need to support a screen of 15 x 57mm.
