We need hot air balloons designs that will end-up printed and hanged from the ceiling. In each of them, we want a caricature/cartoon type (cute, not mean!) with each one of our team leads. Only with their head and a little body. Some of them can wave at you, some can smile, some can show the "okay" sign and so on.

The balloons represent the project in which that team lead plays his/her role. Underneath the balloon, we want to hang a number, representing the number of people in that team, a number that can be changed when the team expands or decreases in team members. Therefore this number should be designed separately.

We also need other balloons, smaller than the balloons, without face inside, but having the same system of hanging underneath a number. The smaller balloons can be different also in coloring, shape and so on.

The balloons need to have the company’s logo on it and the colors/branding of the balloon needs to go with this logo.

Here is what we need:
For the hot air balloons with the team lead's photo:
We need to update 3 of the balloons designs that we already have, and we need 4 brand new balloons (with the same look as the others of course).

Here are the 3 we need to be updated:
XPO (team lead is Mihai): update number on flag from 12 to 21
Bellomy (Paul and Simona) - Change team lead to Bogdan Mihestean, update flag from 5 to 8
PeopleNet - Change team lead to Mircea Stroia, flag is 4

Here are the 4 brand new ones we need:
New XPO balloon: XPO - Paul Gherman, flag is 5
New XPO balloon: Ovidiu Somesan, flag is 9
New Raven Balloon - Ioana Pinca, flag is 10
New Hatch Balloon - Mircea Nanes, flag is 6


For the smaller balloons with no team lead picture:
We need 2 new ones:
DPSI
Primo

I will attach the pictures of the new team leads, and the logos of the companies mentioned.

I will also attach some of the previous air balloons and smaller balloons that have been done for us previously.

Final docs need to be both vector and editable vector so we can adjust or make changes on our own if needed.
