Hello, I draw another proposal,the pitch has 13.37m x 20.25 with a separation ring of 1.5m. I could accomodate 13 cars. The space for parking are generous, 2.5m x 5m for each car. I also image some vegetations (could be palms?) in the corner of the pitch, that will be the peatonal entry to the field. Thanks again for your feedback Regards. Elias

We also need to add provision for toilets, plant (for electrical) and very small office.

Hi Elias, I like this. I checked on the zoning regulations.
Front Setback:
5 mt. from "main entrance" of land which can be used for parking, pedestrian walkways etc and can be shaded. In my mind, entrance side is 7.7, 6.3, 14.6.
Side and rear setbacks:
2 mt. to be kept clear of any construction.
Reading the legal requirements, we may have to reduce the size of the pitch further, lets see and thank you.- 10 år siden
