Let me understand please:
You need 2 designs
1. Homepage
2. One inner page which can be Blog, About us etc. or you need an exactly inner page?

Can we use any fonts or only Google Fonts? You know that it's possible to integrate any font in your site, and with IE10 released last month CSS3 it's working also in IE, so I think you should let us use any creative fonts.
