  Getting there. You will win if you can put the text "Norfolk Trash" where the recycle logo (the three arrows making a circle) is when the can is blue. So the recycle logo will be there until it's black and then it will read "Norfolk Trash". The Norfolk Trash should be stacked, Norfolk on top and Trash just under it. The other black trash can should have the text "Norfolk Trash" on it as well, that should be there all the time.

  Can you fix the City of Norfolk text and put it on the sides as in the second image. Also please don't loop the animation, slow fade from the blue can to the black can. You are close!
