I want to get one article written

Title: WhiteSnow's 3 No-nonsense recruitment strategies that will change the way you look at recruitment forever

What's it about: This article is about how we hire people - what is our strategy and how it is different from other companies

Style: Casual, not academic, Sort of inspiring language to be used. The article needs to "move" the reader emotionally and intellectually

Target Audience: It is for primarily US and secondarily Indian target audience
