There are a few things to keep in mind for this contest. This is for a yard sign that people will see while driving by. It's not a good idea to have photos of a real house on a yard sign especially if it's not the house you are advertising. That would be fine for an online ad, but not a yard sign.

  Thanks for your question. Those were the basic guidelines, but I'm open to ideas. That size is standard for real estate signs, but I'm willing to consider other options for a really good design.
