I need someone who is very experienced and has excellent communication skills to assist me with a very important project.

my e-business website is www.timetowaist.com I would love if my page looked more like www.luxnoire.com I love this page!

I need:

1. My pages to have great navigation, very user friendly and uncomplicated
2. Appropriate colours and images loaded
3. Global user access, variable currency according to to the country, and variable shipping fees loaded
4. Multiple payment options such as credit card, paypal, western union or direct bank deposit
5. Searchability on google and other search engines (double-check SEO)
6. Ensure that all links work correctly and go to the right place
7. Everything must be perfect!
8. Allow google translate to translate the page according to language
9. The ability for me to add PROMO CODES!

I put alot of importance on finishing things on time. So far I have never met a freelancer that has honoured their proposed time frame and finished right on time. I am also yet to meet a freelancer that communicates promptly and keeps me updated on everything. I would like this project completed in 3 days!
