****I WANT A NICE CLEAN ILLUSTRATIVE FLAT WEBSITE DESIGN AND A BEFITTING LOGO***

Hello talented fellows, happy new year to you all.

I am a software developer but without much experience in visual creativity / design.
I have been making softwares that allow the people in my country (Nigeria) bypass censorship and get free internet access using certain network providers, this is more like internet tunneling website.
My dream has always been to package this service in a modern way so it can be very attractive to my users and anyone who comes across it and hence increase traffic, popularity and income.
Right now i manage a website where i post all these services (www.tweakwarevpn.net) but i think its high time I moved it to the next level, so please I need some talent here to create a BRAND.

The new domain name I want for this will be www.tweakrng.(com|net).

For the website I want a user friendly and oriented website on this website i will be showcasing and providing services such as proxy / vpn / tunnel softwares. The website should also be mobile friendly (this is important).

Design Ideas:

# There should be a registration page and a client area with a design that will allow for effective management of services and subscription for new services.
# There also should be an administrator panel where the admin can view user stats such as profile and active services and payments, and also to be able to create sub admins with restricted rights and also resellers of the available services.
# The logo should be unique, innovative and attractive.

Format:
Must be in PSD (and CSS, which would be beneficial).
