Hello, You are using a contrib theme BlueMasters from Drupal.org, https://drupal.org/project/bluemasters But there is a better way to do that. I can use either fusion of genesis to build a better theme to have all those elements you have mentioned in the description. Please have a look at http://asuntomessut.fi. It has similar layout.
