Backyard Design based on survey info - #2
I noticed that when you extended the contest the option to submit was available again, so I'm submitting the same design but with a couple renders that (hopefully) give you a better feel for the space. As I pointed out before this is 100% based on the provided topography, so it's completely constructible as shown. I tried to minimize earthwork as it is $$, so the entire upper elevation is at existing grade. The patio, deck area, and lawn are all at the same elevation, giving you the largest yard in the available space. You'll notice that I left a lot of open space for the owner to choose where to put raised beds or gardens - although I would recommend a vegetable garden at the back of the curved seating/retaining wall as it might give easy access to the garden without needing to bend over.
