Maybe if you changed the position of the name of the company to the right side of the logo would give a better perspective... elegance, I am not sure about it.

I am not sure about using capital letters, but it is good. Maybe if you played with last "E" flipping horizontal? It would give uniqueness to the logo...

Maybe if you used a good blue... black is highly formal in contrast with the guy with the helmet that is more friendly...
