This one is better than the first one. Nevertheless the sample picture is more "wild", e.g. the blue background color has different color tones (darker and brighter blue), the outlines of the buildings have more like a pencil drawn look (thicker, sometimes some crooked, oblique lines), and there are some small details like small color splashs or little drops of color.
