Lets try some different versions moving away from a structured stiff image. The logo doesnt look accessible. Im not sure if you can do this but lets try and use the bird as a guide, in flight above and in front of the word optima and looking down. Dont need to use the word group. Use a contemporary font, no sharp edges, Can you put the bird in flight, looking down guiding the way. Try using one colour only, soft grey or blue grey, for word and bird, try outline only of bird

Its looking better, can you give me a couple of choices on font although I see how you have matched it to the llogo. And add in a red dot, either random or on top of the i with different font or at end of group.
