Okey this is much better but the word G needs to be more clear, so when a client sees the logo it should resemble G, So if you try different variations perhaps also you can try different variation with the inside (maybe you can take out the middle arrow and use the grey lines as opposite arrows. maybe you can combine the two grey lines in the middle by looking at my old logo wihch I posted on the brief job discription
